Every site ships with a care plan — a site with no maintenance contract is how websites quietly die. Annual prepay: 12 months for the price of 11. Minimum term 12 months, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Support beyond the included minutes is $40/hr, quoted before we do it.

No fine print worth hiding
- Fixed quotes only. Never hourly to a client. Quotes valid 30 days, exclusions written down.
- Deposits: 50% to start / 50% at launch under $1,000; 40 / 30 / 30 at $1,000 and over.
- Care billing: monthly in advance, or annually at 11 months' price for 12.
- Rush work: +25% when the timeline is compressed. Said up front, not discovered later.
- Hosting accounts: managed by us by default; run them yourself and the care plan drops $3/mo.
THE PROMISE
You own everything
The domain is registered to your legal entity — never ours. The code, the content and the data are yours outright, from day one, in writing. If you ever leave, you get the repository, the database export, every credential and a transfer within ten business days. No exit fee, no hostage-taking, no drama.

How is a $350 website any good?
Discipline, not corners. Essential builds start from a proven base we run ourselves — fast, secure, already debugged — with your brand and content swapped in. No bespoke design at that tier is exactly why the price works. Want custom design or more pages? That's Growth.
Why does every site need a care plan?
Because a website with nobody responsible for it decays: certificates lapse, domains expire, software rots, forms silently break. The care plan makes it somebody's job — ours. It's also where hosting, domain and monitoring costs live, so you get one predictable number instead of five little invoices.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. We'll review it first and give you an honest answer — sometimes a rescue is quick, sometimes a rebuild on our base is cheaper than untangling what's there.
How do we pay?
Locally: bank transfer, ABA or Bakong/KHQR. Internationally: Payoneer or Wise bank-to-bank. Prices are in USD.
What if we need more support time one month?
Your plan includes a monthly allowance; anything bigger is quoted at $40/hr before we do it, every time. No surprise invoices, and no absorbing costs quietly until we resent each other.
